Is it possible to or is someone tracking all these filings so that one could submit comments or file opposition in a timely manner? I feel like so many of us are ignorant about the process and are feeling steamrolled by THEIR persistence. Yet it IS possible to file meaningful comments, especially in terms of the environmental impact statement, if those in a position to make educated and meaningful statements. They are mostly busy with their day jobs, and count on citizens, but we are kept purposely unaware.
