Upon Council approval, the Design Consultant will be engaged, and once their work is completed, an appropriate Rehabilitation and Improvement Program will be developed. Proposal(s) for Design Services for that work will be solicited and the Proposal(s) will be presented to Council for consideration for this Sewer Utility Project.
