It’s for replacing a bridge at County Road (CR) 181/Satilla Road at Willacoochee River Overflow (GPS Coordinates:_31.563505, -83.170928).

That’s six miles east of Ocilla, in Irwin County, Georgia.

The applicant is the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).

They do not seem to be planning anything for the Satilla Road Willacoochee River Bridge, just to the east. Maybe that will show up in another variance request.
