Registered Florida voters, please sign the Right to Clean Water (RTCW) petition and send it to your Election Supervisor by the end of June.
Here is the petition to get the RTCW constitutional amendment referendum on the ballot:

Ignore the address on the petition.
Send it to your county Supervisor of Elections (or hand it to them):

And get your friends and relatives to do the same.
Why? According to the organizers of the Florida RTCW initiative:
On Wednesday, June 4th, Judge Walker issued his opinion on the first round of motions for a preliminary injunction against HB 1205. It did not go as well as we’d hoped.
Bottom line, we are still left with the (impossible-for-us) 10-day deadline, steep fines, and criminal penalties that may or may not apply to us before July 1st.
Things are still very vague and confusing and will only get worse on July 1st, when the remaining parts of this severely restrictive law come into effect. (For example — switching to a double-sided, text-heavy petition form on July 1st, which renders our current one obsolete.)
As you may already know, we’ve joined the plaintiffs in this case to fight HB 1205.
We have compelling issues to address as the only plaintiff initiative sponsor that has a pure all-volunteer, grassroots initiative underway. We have filed our motion for a preliminary injunction earlier this week and hope to have such issues heard before July 1st.
In the meantime, here’s one thing we’re going to do in this critical window of opportunity, while our current petition forms are still good, without the campaign having to risk any liability:
Send the petition to your Election Supervisor before the end of June.
