Source of the Little River 2020-02-27

The source of the Little River (of the Withlacoochee) is in those trees.

I took this picture from Warwick Highway (CR 249) where CR 16 (Charlie Lamb Road) joins it, in Turner County, Georgia. Perhaps another time I will have time to contact the landowner and ask for access.

These last two pictures are where the Little River crosses Warwick Highway, looking upstream and downstream. No bridge; just a culvert, with a diagnonal black and yellow striped sign. This is just west of where CR 94 (Lee Road) joins Warwick Highway.

I think I got off of I-75 southbound at Arabi, returning from a long overnight in Atlanta.

Later that same day, I had better luck a the source of the Alapaha River.
