Boom bent, trash escaped

Barrier got hammered by two rain events in a row.

Flow in the middle so strong folded and loosened the noodles.

Most trash escaped down the Withlacoochee River.

Barrier like this would work in a slow flowing outfall. But not in Sugar Creek.
