She says it’s in the “infamous ravine”, which I’m assuming to be the one south (left) of the boat ramp, about here: 30.674710, -83.394021.

I have alerted Lowndes County Public Works whose Litter Crew cleans up here once a week, and Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority (VLPRA), which owns the park.
