If you want to volunteer at the WWALS booth, or just come see us, that’s Wayside Park is on the south (downstream) side of the US 41 bridge over the Suwannee River. The entrance is off of eastbound US 41 before the bridge. GPS 30.3255, -82.739167

To go on the hike, you need to register with the hike organizers, at $25 per participant.

What: Come hike and be part of our fundraiser to support the Florida Trail along the famous Suwannee River.

Where: The Ball Field Adams Memorial Circle in White Springs, FL.

When: March 18th 2023 – Starting 8:00 am & Ending 5:00 pm – Shuttle to the trail head begins at 8AM and ends at 11am

How much: Your $25 donation includes a shuttle to the trailhead and four aid stations along the trail. Also, at any of the aid stations you can ride the shuttle back to the registration area.

The Hike: This section of the Florida Trail passes the famous Big Shoals rapids (the largest rapid in the state of Florida), beautiful Robinson Branch Creek and Falls, Bell Springs, two high bluffs 100 feet above the river and the Little Shoals Rapids all while on the sandy forested banks of the Suwannee River!

Choose from hikes of 3.4 miles, 5.6, 6.8, 8.3 or finish the entire IDIDAHIKE at 11.3 miles!
