Lanier County EMA Marker 21 is about 2 Alapaha River miles downstream from Berrien Beach Boat Ramp.
That’s at about 31.138781, -83.039069.
There were 24 of these markers, every couple of miles or so, from Atkinson County down to Echols County.
They’re all marked on the WWALS map of the Alapaha River Water Trail (ARWT), as close to their actual locations as we could estimate.
Those markers were placed by former Lanier County EMA Director Randy Patten. See Alapaha River Beauty should not be hidden 2018-04-07.
