GA DNR Bulletin, 27 September 2016,
Statewide Water Plan – Joint Council Meeting #2 Agenda – October 6 / Dublin, GA,
Joint Council Meeting #2 — Eastern Councils
Dubose Porter Center
Agenda
Session A: Altamaha, Middle Ocmulgee, and Upper Oconee Councils + members of Suwannee- Satilla Council
10:40 — 11:30 Surface Water Availability
11:30 — 12:20 Water Quality / Assimilative Capacity
Session B: Coastal and Savannah-Upper Ogeechee Councils + members of Suwannee-Satilla Council
10:40 — 11:30 Water Quality / Assimilative Capacity
11:30 — 12:20 Surface Water Availability
Presumably they scheduled this one at
the last one back in June.
Apparently we get dragged into a meeting of all regional councils with waters flowing into the Atlantic because the Suwannee-Satilla RWPC includes much of the Satilla and St Marys Rivers, even though most of the SSRWPC territory is in our Upper Suwannee watershed. A tiny bit of our Little River Watershed is in Wilcox County, which is in the Altamaha RWPC.
This time they provided a map.
